Shipping options

We offer a flat rate of $19 shipping to major Canadian cities (Rural locations may incur extra shipping charges, you will be contacted by our staff if this is the case) , using the Canada Post Regular Parcel service. Delivery time will vary by location, from 2-10 business days. We aim to process all orders within two business days.

All orders can be collected from our store same day, free of charge. (Please note we are closed on Tuesdays)

Bicycles can be shipped to British Columbia addresses only, at a rate of $150 per bike.


E-Bikes are unable to be shipped due to e-bike battery shipping regulations.

We are not able to ship bulky items such as bike racks, they must be collected from our store, if you add one of these to your basket you will only see the option to collect in store.


Damaged goods must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving them.


Click and collect orders

For security reasons you will be required to present the card used to make the purchase online, and matching goverment issued photo ID. Please bring these with you when you come to collect your order.

Return & Refund Policy



If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase we are happy to accept returns in accordance with our returns policy.

You must contact us within 15 days of placing your order, by email or phone, and return shipping will be at your expense.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.



We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
