Do you fix bikes?


Yes we do! We work on any bicycle that was originally purchased from a bicycle shop. We do not work on the following: Department store bikes, bikes with cracked or damaged frames, anything with a gas powered motor, E-bikes from a brand we do not sell




Do I need to make an appointment?


All repairs are carried out by appointment only, with the exeption of flat tires which are fixed on a first come first served basis. Please call to arrange an appointment, we do not book appoinments via email. Due to limited space, we are unable to store your bike prior to your appointment date. Turnaround time varies according to how busy our workshop is. If you need your bike repaired in a particular timeframe we will try our best to make that happen for you, but suggest calling ahead to avoid dissapointment.




How much will my bike cost to fix?


We always aim to provide a repair estimate on the spot before you decide to leave your bike with us. It can be very difficult to provide an accurate estimate over the phone, if you are not sure what your bike needs then we strongly suggest bringing it to the store so we can provide a more accurate quote while you wait. You can then decide if you would like to leave your bike with us to be repaired or not. For a general idea on how much your repair might cost see our service page.




Do you fix flat tires?


Yes we do! We charge $15 labour plus any parts required such as a tire or tube. We aim to fix flat tires as soon as possible, typically taking 2-3 hours depending how busy we are that day. Please note: BionX, drum brake and tubeless equiped bikes will incur additional labour




Can you fix my bike while I wait?


For anything beyond a flat tire repair we will require you to book an appointment, lead time will vary depending on the volume our workshop is dealing with at that time. We always aim to get your bike back on the road as quickly as possible, if you have a particular deadline for example an upcoming race, or you commute five days a week, then please call and let us know, we will do what we can to help.




Do you buy or sell used bikes?


We do not buy or sell used bikes.




What is your returns policy?


Bikes: We do not accept any returns on bikes, for this reason we work very hard to ensure you leave our store with the right bike, that you will enjoy for years to come. Helmets and wearable items: No returns or exchanges due to Covid 19 saftey concerns. Parts and accessories: We offer refunds or exchanges within 15 days of purchase, items must be unused with original packaging in resellable condition. Tools and pumps: We do not accept any returns on tools or pumps. Special order items: We do not accept returns on items special ordered at your request. Final sale items: We do not accept any returns on final sale items.




Do you install parts purchased online / elsewhere?


Yes we do, however our workshop price list assumes all parts are purchased from us. If you are supplying your own parts we reserve the right to adjust labour charges that would otherwise be subsidised by the sale of parts. These adjustments are made case by case, please call to discuss your situation further.




Do you work on suspension in house?


Yes we are fully equiped to service suspension in the store including a nitrogen charging station for shocks that require it. We have the specialist tools required for all Fox and Rockshox models as well as select forks from Marzocchi and X-Fusion.




Do you rent bikes?


We do not rent bikes.
